CSRpeople: Social responsibility with local effort

At SOBY, it is a fundamental value to take social responsibility and contribute to our local community. That is why we are proud to have been awarded the CSRpeople label – a recognition from CSR Skive, which is given to companies that make a special effort for people on the edge of the labor market.

What does the CSRpeople label mean?

The CSRpeople label is awarded to local companies that, in collaboration with Skive Municipality and Jobcenter Skive:

Extends a hand to people on the edge of the labor market and provides opportunities for those who find it difficult to find a foothold in working life.

Works with retention and prevention by prioritizing well-being and prevention of sickness absence for our employees.
