Riela Ukraine's cooperation with SOBY began with a referral from a Polish partner who was already a customer of SOBY. "It impressed us how SOBY responded to our inquiries, offered technical solutions and had fast production times. Their ability to manage language barriers combined with high quality made it an easy decision for us to start the cooperation," says Roman Semerak, director and co-owner of Riela Ukraine.
Action according to agreement really counts.
"Trust is fundamental in every business, and of course also in the agro industry. It is about mutual trust between partners, where one party trusts to receive quality goods for its money, and the other party trusts to be paid for the goods delivered. Although contracts are important, it is a verbal agreement and the accompanying action that really counts. It is crucial for us that we can keep what we promise," the director explains.
The demand increased and strengthened our market position.
The partnership between Riela Ukraine and SOBY has developed gradually. "We started with a single order, installed the machines and evaluated the technical solutions. The positive results meant that we expanded the cooperation. We informed our sales staff in the different regions of Ukraine about SOBY's products so that they could offer them to potential customers. It was worth it, and the number of orders for SOBY's products has increased significantly, which has increased our profits and confirmed our status as a supplier of quality machines and equipment for grain handling in our market," says Roman Semerak.
With a reliable partner we can keep our promises.
Riela Ukraine ensures quality and reliability through their own service department, which has constant communication with customers and responds quickly to any inquiry. "We have a large stock of spare parts, which enables us to respond to emergency situations within a day," Roman Semerak adds. “Our customers know that we will not leave them alone with a problem. That security strengthens confidence. When our customers are satisfied, they speak well of us to others within the industry, which strengthens our reputation," Roman Semerak explains. "It requires a supplier who is able to respond quickly to our inquiries. SØBY has proven to live up to that. You can say that they keep what we promise!"
Looking forward to a long-term cooperation
Although the industry faces challenges such as war, political unrest and decreasing grain prices, Riela Ukraine is optimistic about the future. "The increasing agricultural production and the growing world population indicate that there will be continued demand for what we supply to the market. We look forward to continuing our cooperation with SOBY, even in these challenging times," the director concludes.
