  • The fan makes the difference: An essential energy-saving technology at SOBY is our fan technology. Fans play a central role in processes such as drying, aeration, and cooling of grains. By adjusting the fan's capacity and pressure, we achieve significant energy savings while ensuring high operational reliability and extended lifespan. For farmers, this is particularly crucial to meeting the EU’s mandatory energy requirements.

  • Automation in our production: We employ advanced automation and robotics, which not only streamline our production, but also reduce energy consumption. One example is our fiber laser, which has reduced electricity consumption for laser cutting by 100,000 kWh annually compared to our previous CO2 laser cutter.
