Mikkel was educated whilst working at SOBY and is now back as warehouse manager. He started as a temporary worker, but was offered an education in storage and logistics because we saw his potential and great drive around the tasks such a profession entails.
Today, Mikkel is back at SOBY as warehouse manager. He takes care of goods receipt and shipments, both domestically and abroad. He ensures that everything is in the right place, so that the employees in the assembly department always know where to find individual parts. When goods are to be sent out of the house, he makes sure they are packed and prepared in the right order.
It all helps to ensure that our daily work can be done as efficiently as possible - and live up to the things we promise in the SØBY Circle. Mikkel says that he met with great support for his education - and that he is happy with his workplace. We are indeed happy for him too!
